All Protect-A-Child Pool Fences are backed with a limited lifetime warranty against defects in materials and workmanship to the original purchaser of the fence. (Proof of purchase is required to obtain warranty service.) Protect-A-Child Pool Fence Company will repair or replace any part found to be defective when used as a pool fence. The customer shall have sole responsibilty of reporting such defects. Protect-A-Child Pool Fence Company shall make the determination of defect in its sole discretion.

This warranty does not cover deliberate acts, misuse, or acts of nature. The Quad-Bilt warranty covers breakage and bending under normal wear and tear circumstances.
